2016 Education Assistant Fund Guidelines and Form Now Available

Application form and guidelines may be obtained from Melchor Te at CKSC Narra Campus Office of the Registrar from Mar. 7 to Mar. 23, M-F at 7:30am-11:30am and 1:30pm-4pm. CKSC is closed from Mar. 24 to Apr. 10. Application form and guidelines may be obtained again on Apr. 11 to Apr. 22, M-F at 9am to 12pm. Submission of filled-up forms and documents to Melchor Te is from Mar. 7 to Mar. 23, same time as stated earlier and April 11 to Apr. 22 in the morning from 9am to 12pm, Landline of Melchor Te at CKSC is 252-3331. Releasing of check will be on May 6, Fri, at 1:30pm at 2nd flr Conference Room, CKSC Narra Campus.
