SY 2014-2015 Education Asst Form Now Available

Education Assistance Form and Guidelines for schoolyear 2014-2015 is now available at the DOWNLOAD tab of our blog and at the CKSC office of Melchor Te, from Mar. 18 to Mar. 31, April 21 to Apr. 25, M-F, from 7am-11am and 1pm-4pm. Submission of filled-up forms and documents starts on Mar. 28 to Mar. 31 and Apr. 21 to Apr. 25. Releasing of check for approved applicants will be on May 2, at 2pm at Rm. 364.
